Should Bush sue Keith Olbermann for calling him a bald-faced liar on live TV?
At the end of his show last night he offered a commentary that Bush lied when he said he only found last week about Iran dropping its Nuclear weapons program in 2004 and hadn't fully been briefed on the security report until recently. He lambasted Bush and Cheney and said Bush is either an incompetent or a warmonger (or words to that effect).
If what he said is untrue shouldn't the White House take action against him and his Network (or are they doing that in secret already)?

They'd never win, too many reports are showing that Bush knew... Bush did lie and it ain't the first time.
Bravo Olbermann!

The last thing Bush wants to do is have to testify under oath about anything.

Can't lose a lawsuit if you're telling the truth, and I even heard a mouth-breathing, knuckle-dragging AM radio tighty righty call Bush a liar the other day.
Had to dig the wax out of my ears to see if I was hearing right, but yep, she did it again a few minutes later. It only took her five years to figure out that our Frat Boy in Chief and Co. are liars, but better late than never.

KO has a free speech right to say whatever he wants, just as I have the right to not watch the show.

Dogs That Did Not Bark: OK, here's the deal. Monkeymann has leapt to attack Republicans who dared speak of Barack Obama's middle name (Hussein). Why, this is " pathetic and ugly", sermonized Rev Olbermahn. "We have this right-wing implication that you must have the right name or the right God to be American.... Is it to point out the racial element to this, or the religious element to this? Or is it just to say, this beneath contempt and not worthy of any response?" Wow that sort of stuff really upsets Olby. (Well, except when he does it himself, like when he ridiculed Michelle Malkin's maiden name. But we digress.) It wasn't that long ago when Edward R Olbermann was attacking other broadcasters over a report that Obama may have attended a Muslim school. That was good for several days of ranting and bellowing. But now, not only is someone spreading the madrassah story again, they're tossing in a new angle: a claim that Obama is really a secret Muslim himself! Whoa! Our boy Keith is going to be all over this, right? He's really going to slam whoever is doing this, right? Um, no.

But did Olbermann tell the truth when he called Bush a liar?

I can't take KO seriously. When he gets all preachy and holier than thou, pushing his voice deeper, and stringing together unncessarily long sentences for no reason than trying to sound very smart... He just comes across as tool. Now Hannity, well that is a tool from a different belt, but a tool just as well.

is there a point, boob, to this or another cut and paste from some brain dead righty site which, like you, obsesses daily over Olbermann and therefore has no point? Olbermann was right to rip Malkin, she is a self-hating Asian who seeths at the idea of immigrants and the children of immigrants getting the same treatment she did and maybe making something of themselves in this country, like she did. She rails against "lottery babies" despite being one. He uses her maiden name to point out that she is Asian yet she is railing against Asians and supporting discrimination against Asians. My in-laws, also Filipino's hate the woman for her hypocricy and attacks on her own people, it's about time someone had the guts to call her out.
And no, Bush could not sue Olbermann for telling the truth over the airways.

Bush is a public figure for the most part the standard for any lawsuit would be too high. Bush could just have him killed.

If the standard was as low as a snake Bush couldn't mount it
