McCain's "If I'm Pez" speech

Did anybody watch this?

It was like an SNL skit.

He actually said that he would meet with thte houses of congress and take questions "parliamentary style".

Wierd stuff.

Did he? That kicks a**! I would love for a British-style Q & A to happen. It would beat the he** out of these ridiculous dueling press conferences we see today. It would also provide more exposure for some good people in Congress.

Yep - it was beyond bizarre. Just what we need another delusional, terrible speaker.

I particularly enjoyed it when he talked about how he used to wear an onion on his belt, as was the style at the time.

I've never respected you more than I do right now. Soak it in.

It was strange ... it also lacked a fitting fife/drum/angel harp accompaniment.

Who the heck advised him on that?

Even the set was creepy.

His topics were like a 10th graders speech or essay "What I would do if I was President". all that was missing was "I'll solve world hunger"
