As in nature, as in man
Here is a little sliver of my perspective on corporation expanding into commercialism.
I believe that the actions of man are ALL the actions of nature.
As in nature there are Herbivores, Omnivores, and Carnivores, as in man.
Some people are like trees, they grow up and never move from their place of origin. Some people are like birds and migrate all over the place.
A virus is in nature and man presents this same characteristic in certain aspects too.
A corporation shows this perspective very well. Corporations don’t care about anything else except its own perseverance and preservation.
A virus will grow beyond equilibrium until it exceeds the resources and/or antibodies are created to defeat it. The worst viruses ultimately do horrible damage to the environment around them, enveloping the life around them and leave a trail of death behind them.
Is this not the life of some of our corporations?
Competition is an essential necessity in nature, and therefore as in man.
When competition is removed so is life. So when competition is removed, it is our duty to level the playing field to ensure preservation and achieve equilibrium.
This is why, I believe, that corporate business is often a detriment to life.
