Hannity: If You Can’t Keep Your Promise to Your Wife, Why should the American People Trust You?"

so I suppose Hannity is voting for Senator Barack Obama...

Quote:
In 1979 at a military reception in Honolulu, McCain met Cindy Hensley, an attractive 25-year-old woman from a very wealthy politically-connected Arizona family. Cindy's father, Jim, founded the Hensley and Company, the nation's third-largest Anheuser-Busch distributor.

McCain described their first meeting, "She was lovely, intelligent and charming, 17 years my junior but poised and confident. I monopolized her attention the entire time, taking care to prevent anyone else from intruding on our conversation. When it came time to leave the party, I persuaded her to join me for drinks at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. By the evening's end, I was in love."

While still married to Carol, McCain began an adulterous relationship with Cindy. He married Cindy in May 1980 -- just a month after dumping Carol and securing a divorce.

and.. here is Hannity's full quote in context - in all of it's intellect-absent glory..

Quote:
Explain to me and I’m wondering if you can’t keep the promise to your family, can’t keep your promise to your wife, you’re having an affair, you’re lying about the affair repeatedly, why should the American people trust you when you say you’re not going to lie to them? Why should we trust you?

I understand that Colmbs asked the little ball of hate about that and his head almost exploded on air! I'm sure Colmbs was beaten by Faux security after the show and had his salary reduced for daring to challenge and make a fool of Hannity.

I know you hate Fox News and all but you got to give it up to Hannity for asking the tough one(s), no?

Amazing that with all the people this nation has to choose from, we are given (deserve?) these guys (not just the Presidential choices, all of 'em).

dude - I don't hate anyone or anything,..

and it was comical because Hannity was ranting in the context of John Edwards..

and in all of his irrational hatred, didn't realize that not only was he speaking out against various conservative republicans, but his own party's nominee....

if I didn't know any better, I would've thought my "McCain (the former POW in Vietnam)" schtick was a schtick...

but Hannity illustrates my keen perception perfectly - absolving McCain (the former POW in Vietnam) from all responsibility when cheating on his wife...

"but...but.. he was a POW in Vietnam"!!!

actually, Olbermann (the great American who recently went to bat for the troops and won - something nobody at Faux felt the need to do) reported it. Great stuff. I actually had FauxNews blocked on my receiver.

Hannity is a putz. FoxNews is trash. I vomit a little everytime I watch it.

Hannity is a partisan shill, of course he "asks the tough questions"....when it's not one of Bush's cronies.

How ironic is it that a guy that sucks Bush's dick is talking about honesty and LYING?

After 8 years of the Clinton administration - I have learned that lying and cheating is OK as long as it is just about sex. Hannity is wrong and any criticism of McCain is equally wrong. Thank you liberals and Clinton apologists for having already addressed this matter for the entire country.

Face it, bob. It doesn't matter if he isn't impressed by McCain. Hannity, O'Reilly, Limbaugh, and virtually everyone else in right-wing media are supporting John McCain. Your conservative media heroes aren't conservatives, they're Republicans.

Nope - to use an analogy around here, "they're supporting the team that's playing Michigan".

Michigan of course being the arrogant, elitist that over promises and under delivers.

Its good to know if you are a POW you can run around on your spouse and marry a trophy wife in today's GOP morality.
