I think you will see an announcement before 6:30 PM Eastern to hit the evening news.

KMBC's Micheal Mahoney reports a company in Kansas City, which specializes in political literature, has been printing Obama-Bayh material... MORE... Gill Studios, would not confirm information about the material. They would not deny it either. At least three sources close to the plant's operations reported the Obama-Bayh material was being produced...

that sticker doesn't seem to fit with Obama's "O" based logos so far. I'm not buying it.

May I remind everyone of all the New England Patriots 19-0 apparel that is now mostly donated to third world countries? Odds are other stickers are being made to cover all bases.

Perhaps. Most campaigns wouldn't actually do this, but Obama has a ton of cash.

I think the sticker is a fake and, yes, Obama has enough cash to print out some stickers and posters. If so, brilliant and funny move by the campaign.
Andrea Mitchell just said that they were "clearly fake" because of the font issue. Kaine and Bayh have apparently been told "no" and Biden hasn't been told that as of 4PM.

I read an article a few months ago on how the Obama campaign obsesses over the use of its particular font in campaign materials. There's just no way they move away from it for the first "official" campaign sticker.

I tried to do some hacking on the barackobama.com website (the old guess some URLs) but no success.

Just a hunch.....I think that Webb likely had some stuff from when he served that he would prefer not get out. I like Webb a lot. But I think he believed that his background might not stand up to the level of scrutiny necessary for a VP nominee.

It sure would've been something historic if it was Obama/Webb vs McCain/Lieberman

Edwards is on the appropriations sub-committee, right? i think that's what i read and that's a pretty powerful position. He's a democratic congressman that has been able to keep his seat in a very republican area...even after switching districts do to redrawing the lines.
I also don't think the VP is that important of a choice...(except in McCain's case...because i doubt he'll live to see 2012). People don't vote for the VP. how many people remember who the VP candidate was from any given election if they don't win? How many VP's can you name from the history books?
