All in all, I'm rather unimpressed with the DNC
Maybe it was watching the opening and closing of the Olympics, or perhaps it's Obama's declining poll numbers but it's just not doing it for me.

Are you saying you werent impressed with Emil "what's in it for me" Jones? Barry's mentor in the Illinois Senate? Shocking.

Brilliant. Just the kind of "change" America needs. Remember, the Dummy drives.

Over the air networks aren't covering until 10 p.m. Until then, they are preaching to the choir and the pundits.

Kennedy looked to be in remarkable shape, given the circumstances.

The longer Ted is off the sauce the better he looks and he looked real rough before he quit drinking.
Tonight he reminded me of an old fire horse. No one sure whether he would even speak but once he was in the arena and heard the crowd he was in full campaign mode.

Since the primaries went so long, I've already heard 90% of these people speak. Much ado about nothing, IMO.
Maybe if they had Ted Kennedy running along the upper edge of the stadium I would care a little more....

Definitely not bad for a guy his age having had major brain surgery, what, a month ago? You could see that he was pretty frail, but his voice was still pretty strong.

How did Mary Jo Kopechne sound? Pretty quiet I would guess.
I bet Ash-liz has no clue who Mary Jo was. Too hopped up on the Kool-Ade.

That's certainly my definition of cute. Leaving someone at the bottom of a lake to save your own political skin. Right up there with puppies and sunflowers. Maybe you can apply to be Teddy's driver when he gets to Michigan for the campaign. Just dont forget your flotation device.
