was just coming here to report that. Freep is also reporting an imminent plea deal to be announced at 5:00 pm.
Guess the morning didn't go to good for him at Cadillac Place.

This has been comical to watch the last 2 seasons, but also very sad.
It will take the city decades to recover, if it is not hopeless. Unless the city council is broomed out with him, nothing will change.

On a side note, does doing time give Kwamee more street cred?
