I was there and it was outstanding. We could not hear a word he said at the back of Hart Plaza

I'm not from the D, but I bet the favorite moment for a lot of people hasn't happened yet- the guilty plea.

I think when someone here suggested that his last re-election campaign slogan should be "if the **** ain't nailed down, we stealin it."

When I was at State, a buddy and I went down to detroit to protest a Kwame/Granholm event. Kwame ended up walking out of the conference hall right where we were, saw us with our sign and kind of bounced in our direction. I have never been so scared in my life.

Trying to electrocute Sharon McPhail.

I wish it would have worked.

LOL = "Ha haaaa!"

I know technically that was the newscaster, but the airing of those text messages was the most amusing part of this whole thing.

What a clown Kwame is. He says he's going to accept a plea deal and resign because he wants the city to heal. What a tool. He takes it down to the bitter end and he's at the end of the cliff ready to be pushed off before he takes the deal. Good riddance!

They better not let him run for Mayor again.

The multiple 'LOL's of the released texts.

Mayor to Beatty: Everything is cool. Did you get busted? You were kinda wet last night, inside and out. LOL!

Or

Mayor to Beatty: LOL LOL LOL! Not on Leslie but anywhere else you want to stay. LOL!

I don't meant to call him a liar, but was he actually laughing out loud ALL those times? The jokes were barely even funny.

This one time we were chillin' at Manoogian, probably 2 or 3 years ago. Totally random weekday night, not a whole lot going on - just the usual. So anyway, one of the strippers slipped off of the pole and got coke all over her *****. Friggin' hilarious.

Wait, I've said too much. ****, I'm gonna end up with DPD issued lead in my ass.

I liked that when they were busting him in January for the Beatty affair in the texts, he's at some retreat in NC getting a "Couples massage" without his wife.
